TERMS AND CONDITIONS OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT

Booking and cancellation conditions
1. By signing the registration form and/or paying the registration fee, the participant declares that he or she agrees with the general terms and conditions.
2. Payment is made immediately after booking the retreat. If no payment is made, the right of reservation will expire and the customer cannot derive any rights from OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT.
3. Participation in the program is voluntary. Participants are free to opt out of following the program.
4. If a room is reserved by only one participant, the participant must pay a surcharge of one hundred and fifty euros.
4. If the participant decides to cancel the program, this does not entitle the participant to a refund of the registration fee and the participant is not entitled to a replacement lesson or activity.
5. When participants decide to withdraw (due to illness or personal circumstances), they are entitled to a refund of a maximum of part of the participation costs owed:
- Up to three months before the start of the program: 50% refund of the participation fee.
- Up to one month before the start of the program: refund of 30% of the participation fee.
In the event of illness or personal circumstances affecting the participant, who occur within one month before the start of the program, there is no longer any possibility of a refund of the registration fee.
6. If the participant is able to participate in the retreat, substitution is allowed, provided that the participant indicates this at least 1 day before the start of the retreat and the replacement participant is of the same gender. (This is due to the number of available rooms and the wishes of participants who have only registered themselves and then come into a room with a participant of the same sex).
7. OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT has the right to cancel the retreat for good reasons, including insufficient participants, illness of teachers or in case of force majeure. If the retreat is cancelled, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee already paid. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or damages.

Liability
1. OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT will provide a well-groomed retreat.
2. Participation in the retreat is entirely at your own risk. OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT is not liable for injury and/or damage that the participant incurs during the stay. Also, OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT is not liable for loss or damage to property.
3. Complaints must be submitted in writing and with reasons to OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT. The complainant will receive a response from OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT within 14 days of submitting the complaint.

Medical disclaimers
1. The yoga activities offered by OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT are intended for leisure and do not replace medically necessary treatments or therapy. We therefore advise you to always discuss physical and/or physical complaints with a qualified person.
2. Physical complaints must be stated in advance when registering in the field 'further remarks'.

House rules
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment, provided that only the appropriate ashtrays are used. Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed during the retreat.
2. During the retreat, participants and teachers treat each other with respect, regardless of religion, opinions, orientation and gender.
3. OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT ensures that the rooms, kitchen and outdoor area are well maintained and clean. The participants must therefore treat the location with care. Any damage will be recovered from the person responsible.
4. OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT is allowed, if the participant does not adhere to the house rules, or to the instructions of the staff, to remove participants from the retreat and to exclude them from the retreat. The participant is not entitled to a refund of course fees.
5. Making video/film or sound recordings is only allowed during the retreat after prior approval from OLIVE VALLEY YOGA RETREAT. During leisure time, the participant is free to make video/film or sound recordings.
